Nevada Corporations And Llc’s

We stopped selling Nevada corporations and Nevada LLC’s. Reasons:

Nevada business license is required with all Nevada corporations and Nevada LLC’s

  • The Nevada business license requires disclosure of your Date of Birth, Social Security Number, name, address, percentage of ownership in the company, and additional information. This makes it too easy for a lawyer to sue, track what you own, and take it.

  • It’s normal for the IRS and the Bank to have your DOB and SSN. But state agencies who compile this information are play loose and fast with information, and don’t protect it as well.
  • Nevada corporations and Nevada LLC’s costs too much to maintain. $125 for the annual list of officers and $100 for the business license, plus the registered agent (resident agent) service. NV fees are going up.

Delaware Corporations And Delaware Llc’s

  • Delaware serves large corporations whose stock is publicly traded. If you’re the next IBM or Amazon, go with Delaware. Small businesses are best served by Montana, Wyoming and New Mexico.
  • Wyoming and New Mexico offer superior environments for the small business. If your business is going to be small (under $100 Million in sales), then stick with the states that cater to small business: Montana, Wyoming and New Mexico.
  • Aged shelf corporations and LLC’s offer no tax advantages.
  • We’re not attorneys.
  • We’re not tax advisors.
  • Aged corporations are not an advantage if you intend to do business with the government.
